The Collaborative Learning Hub (CLUB) supports effective teaching and learning with technology to enhance learning experiences and the quality of work life at the university for current students, teaching faculty, instructional support staff, and academic units seeking to improve instruction. The CLUB is located on the third floor of the Johnson Center above the bookstore and admissions office in room 311. We are George Mason University’s premier resource for over the phone and walk-in support for Blackboard, Adobe, Microsoft Office and a variety of other collaborative technologies and softwares.
Our walk-in lab features 10 PC workstations, 2 Mac workstations, a walk up help bar, and collaborative spaces that include digital imaging, a recording sound space, Scantron score machine, scanning, and a host of other software applications including the Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
The CLUB is also home to Th3 BuilD a brand new collaborative 3D Printing and Design workspace that is currently free to use for students, faculty, and staff. Th3 BuilD will open in Fall 2016.
A George Mason ID is required to use all CLUB spaces.
July 2016 – The CLUB is hiring Lab Assistants for the Fall 2016 semester. We are currently seeking undergraduates of all skill sets. On campus job with great pay and flexible hours. Fantastic verbal and written communication skills required. Customer service experience and experience with Blackboard, Adobe, and Microsoft a plus.
